Junto Affordable Housing’s Mission is to work towards solutions to provide for the acquisition, rehabilitation, development, ownership, financing, and operation of affordable housing for low and moderate-income persons.
We aim to promote a healthy community through the development of permanent affordable housing, sustainable economic growth, and community-based partnerships.
Our work is inspired to help families buy and retain ownership of their home stabilizing neighborhood tensions, and to promote social welfare by relieving the families suffering from financial hardship.
To accomplish our mission, Junto Affordable Housing utilizes its background knowledge and experience of housing to structure strategic and creative transactions to stabilize and foster Affordable Housing. Our core inspiration is to provide cost effective, secure, and safe housing through a process of purchase, rehabilitation, and sales of affordable housing to and for families in need.

Meet the St. Amour Family
We are Rachel, Adam & Bert and we LOVE our house!
A little about us, Adam serves in the Air Force and loves scuba diving, craft beer, and all things technology. Rachel manages VIP accounts for rock’n’roll groups on tour and is a classically French trained chef. Bert was rescued by Rachel almost 10 years ago and now lives for naps, snuggles, and her bright orange stuffed monster.
Rachel is obsessed with the kitchen. Adam can’t believe there’s enough room for his long desired “Man Cave.” Bert is jumping for joy at the fenced in backyard. While we love all of the features of the home, what we love most is that we can see ourselves making years of memories there. We can’t imagine a better place to make memories and start a family. We truly hope you accept our offer and make our dreams come true!

Junto Affordable Housing (JAH) is a national non-profit organizations that provides innovative programs and services to first time homebuyers, first responders, veterans, non- profit housing organizations, other housing providers, and financial institutions to spur the productive reuse of foreclosed and vacant properties in order to stabilize neighborhoods hard hit by the housing crisis. JAH is dedicated to solving two primary obstacles to neighborhood revitalization:
- Access to foreclosed and abandoned property from financial institutions in a predictable and efficient manner, and
- Repair and resale of these assets to families looking to enter the homeownership experience.
Junto Affordable Housing works with community-based organizations serving more than 400 communities across the nation. The organization was created with the mission of helping lessen community blight and providing access to direct homebuyers in a volatile market.
